During your turn:

play action cards to build your strategy or mess up an opponent
attack a villain ravaging crime capital city
Play Mat with a secret ID, Weapon, Hideout, and Mutation
Attacking a Villain:
Play Bam, Smash, and Ka-Pow cards that match the villain’s requirements
improve your attack by adding powerful modifier cards
Overcome cards played by opponents to sabotage your attack
Attempt to defeat the villain with final strike by drawing destiny; if the destiny number (+/- modifiers) is equal to or greater than the villain’s defense you win!
Put the villain in your jail and gain its bonus action
